2 C sliced yellow squash
1 med onion chopped
1 C water
Cook till tender; drain well and mash
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 stick butter
2 C cornbread crumbs
1 t poultry seasoning
1 chicken bouillon cube melted
1/2 C chopped celery
salt and pepper to taste
Combine squash mixture w/ above ingredients. Spoon into greased casserole dish. Bake 350 for 25 minutes.
