3 C quick cooking oats
1/2 C peanut butter
1/2 C ground flax seed
1 C date paste
1/3 C coconut oil
mix-ins (dark chocolate dried cranberries or cherries chopped walnuts chia seeds)
In a bowl add all except for add-ins. Using hands mix together. If the mixture is too dry to shape add some water. Add mix-ins. Scoop about 1 T of mixture and form into balls. You can eat them immediately. Freeze or store in fridge for up to 3 months.
