Guacamole


3 avacados peeled pitted and mashed
1 lime juiced
1/2 - 1 t. salt
1/2 C diced onion
3 T. chopped fresh cilantro
2 roma tomatoes diced
1 t. minced garlic
pinch of cayenne pepper
pinch of cumin

In a medium bowl mash together the avacados lime juice and salt. Mix in onion clantro tomatoes and garlic. Stir in spices. Refrigerate 1 hour for best flavor or serve immediately.
