Broccoli Salad


Dressing:

2 eggs
1/4 C sugar
1 t cornstarch
1T prepared mustard
1 T white wine
1/4 C cider vinegar
1/4 C water

Whisk together over medium heat until thick then fold in 1/4 C mayonnaise.

Salad:

Take two heads of broccoli and cut into small florets 3/4 C raisins 1 grated carrot 1 seedless orange chopped small and toss all together. Add dressing and toss to combine. If desired top w/ toasted pinenuts.
