1 8oz Cream Cheese softened

1/4 C Grated Paemesan Cheese

1 16ox package sausage (hot or mild)

15 Jalapeno Peppers

Half and deseed the peppers

Crumble and cook sausge in skillet

Draing on paper towel

Combine cheeses and sausage

Spoon into peppers

Bake @350 20-30 mins
