Conch Fritters (or Shrimp)


1 Lb Ground Conch or Shrimp
1/2 C Chopped Red Pepper
1 C Diced Onion
4 Seed Chopped Jalapenos
1 3/4 C Pancake Mix
1/4 C Milk
2 t Kosher Salt (If shrimp no need to add salt)
1 t Powdered Garlic
2 t Worcestershire Sauce
1 t Old Bay
Pinch Cayenne
Pinch White Pepper

Combine All. Should be thick and slightly moist (add milk or pancake mix as needed)
Refrigerate 1 hour before using.

1T Balls in 365 oil until GBD.
