Mom's Hot Chicken Salad


2 C cooked chicken

2 C diced celery

1/2 C toasted sliced almonds

1/3 C chopped green pepper

2 T chopped pimento

2 T chopped onion

1/2 t salt

1 T lemon juice

2 C cooked rice

3/4 C mayo

Mix all together and pour into baking dish.  Add on top 1/2 lb. grated cheddar cheese and crushed potato chips.  Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
