1 LB Shrimp peeled & DV. Steamed or sauted.
1/3 C Minced Celery
1/3 C Minced Red Onion
1/4 C Minced Green Onion
1 Hard Boild Egg Chopped
1/2 t salt
Black Pepper
1/2 to 1 t Creole Seasoning (I used zataran's)
2 T Dijon Mustard (Cheryl Likes champagne mustard)
1/2 C Hellman's Mayo
Juice of 1/2 Lime
Mix altogether and let sit in refrigerator overnight.
