4 C chicken cut up (4-5 breast)
1 C celery finely chopped
1 C salad cubes (Mt Olive Pickle) drained
medium golden delicious apple grated
1 T sugar
1 C Hellman's mayo
Cut cooked chicken in small pieces. Add celery salad cubes grated apple sugar and mayo (combine together). Better the following day.
Serve on croissant
add for a nice southern lunch....pea salad tomato aspic carrot cake and sweet tea.
