1 LB Italian Sausage
1/4 C Worstershire Sauce
1 sm Green Pepper Diced
1 sm Red Pepper Diced
1 med Sweet Onion Diced
1 rib Celery Diced
4 cloves Garlic Minced
S&P
1.5 C Long Grain Rice
5 C Low-Sodium Chicken Broth
2 T Cajun Seasoning
Bay Leaves
1/4 C Chopped Parsley or Cilantro

Cook sausage

Add worstershire sauce
Add Vegetables - till soft
Add Rice - mix for a few minutes to brown the rice
Add Seasonings
Add Broth bring to boil
Lower Temp and simmer about 20 minutes.
Add parsley/cilantro when serving
