Spaghetti a la Wells


½ lb. ground sausage
1 lb. Eckridge sausage
1 lb. ground chuck
3 cloves garlic chopped
1 large onion chopped

Brown above ingredients in heavy skillet. Drain off all grease. Add to large pot with:

2 cans tomato sauce
2 cans tomato paste
2 cans mushrooms drained
1 pkg. spaghetti sauce seasoning
2 cups water
½ t oregano
½ t sweet basil
1 t Worcestershire sauce
1 t baking soda

Cook over low heat for 2 hours.

Cook 1 pkg.nestled vermicelli and drain. Put in buttered casserole dish. Cover with layer of mozzarella cheese. Cover with sauce. Sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese. Heat in 375 degree oven until cheese melts.
