Peaches and Cream Pie


1 pie crust

1 Qt Can Half Peachers

2 T Sugar

1/2 C Sugar

3 T APF

1/4 t Salt

1/3 C Heavy Cream

2 Large Egg Yolks

1/2 t vanilla

 

Put peach halves cut side down on pan.  Cover in 2 T Sugar.  Bake 375 for 15 mins.  Flip and bake 15 mins

Cover pie crust in parchment then weights.  Bake for last 15 mins of peach roasting.  Remove wieghts and parchment.  Bake 5 more mins.

Let all cool 15 mins.

Reduce to 325. 

Mix all else and pour on peaches.

Bake 50 minutes.

Cool 3 hours.
