1 can (15.5 oz.) Black Beans undrained
1 can original Rotelle
1 C rinsed par-boiled rice
Over medium heat cook rice with 1T butter until the rise looks glassy (5 minutes).
Pour in 2C water and 1t salt. Boil.
Reduce to low and cover 20 minutes.
Take off heat. Let sit 10 minutes (cover with towel)
