4 T olive Oil Divided
1 Lb Medium Shrimp
1/4 t crushed red pepper
1/2 t minced garlic
1/2 C dry white wine
4 C tomatoes seeded coarsley chopped
1/3 C Chopped fresh basil
1 t dried oregano
S & FGP
6 oz Crumbled feta
12 oz Fettucine (cooked)
PH 400
In large skillet heat 3 T OO over MH heat.
Add shrimp cook till pink (2 min)
Stir in crushed red pepper
Transfer to baking pan
In large skillet heat remaining 1 T OO over M heat.
Add garlic cook 30 sec. Add wine simmer 1 min. Stir in tomatoes basil oregano S & P.
Simmer uncovered 10 min.
Remove from heat
Sprinkle feta over shrimp mixture cover with tomato mixture. Cover and bake 10-15 min. Remove from oven add fettucine toss well. Serve immediately.
