Pecan Pie


1/3 cup butter melted
1 tvanilla
2/3 cup sugar
3 eggs |
1 cup corn syrup
1 teaspoon salt (ONLY IF PECANS ARE NOT SALTED)
1.5 cup pecans

Pillsbury pie dough - flour both sides!  heavy on the bottom side or else it will stick badly.

Mix together ingredients in bowl until combined.
Pour into pie crust and cook 325 degrees for 1 hour. (If using dutch oven preheat and place pie crust in bottom first. Then pour in filling ingredients. Cover and cook)
Remove and let cool 15+ minutes before slicing.
