Dad's Thanksgiving Dressing


Cook ahead:
1 Pan Cornbread

1 to 1 1/2 Cup Celery Chopped
1 to 1 1/2 Cup Onions Chopped
1 lb Owens sage sausage
1 Stick butter
1 Can turkey or chicken stock
poultry Seasoning
Dried Parsley
1 Large package Pepperidge Farms herb dressing mix

PH 325
Cook Sausage
Add 1 stick butter celery and onions. Saute 5 minutes
Add chicken broth poultry seasoning and dried parsley. Simmer 5 minutes
Mix: Crumbled cornbread PF Dressing.
Add Sausage mixture and mix well. Add chicken broth in needed.
Bake uncovered 30-45 minutes (until top starts to brown)
