Broccoli chicken rice Casserole

INGREDIENTS

8 oz (227 g) cooked shredded rotisserie chicken
10 oz (283 g) frozen chopped broccoli (thawed)
1/2 tsp season all seasoning salt
1/2 tsp granulated onion powder
1/2 tsp granulated garlic powder
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 cup (113 g ) Minute Rice (uncooked)
10.5 oz (298 g) can of cream of chicken condensed soup
1 1/4 cup (300 ml) low sodium chicken broth
4 oz (113 g) American processed cheese (cubed)
4 oz (113 g) cheddar cheese (shredded) -

In a large bowl combine uncooked Minute rice cooked chicken canned cream of chicken soup all dry seasonings thawed broccoli American processed cheese half of the shredded cheddar cheese chicken broth and combine well

- Add mixture to a buttered 8x8 baking dish top with the remaining half of cheddar cheese and cover with aluminum foil

- Bake for 20 minutes in a preheated oven at 400 degrees Fahrenheit / 204 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes

- After baking for 20 minutes uncover and broil for a minute or until the top is golden brown and bubbling

- Remove from the oven and allow to set for 15 minutes before serving

- This recipe serves 4 single servings
