Terry's Hot Pot


In a skillet, brown sausage (andouille or keilbasa).  Then take some scallops and fry in the grease (other scallops steamed)

In large pot, add steamer shelf, 2 bottles of clam juice.

Steam pound or two of potoes cut down to 1" X 1" - red or new potatoes for about 5-10 minutes.

Add Corn on the cob, brussel sprouts, green beans!, broccoli, anything...  another 10 minutes.

Add Lobster tails.  5 minutes or almost red.

Add peeled and deveined (or with shell) shrimp, scallops, steam another 5-10.  Serve with the sausage.

This is a work in progress... guesses on times.  Will dial in after trying a few times.
