California Crab Salad

16 oz Surimi (imitation crab)
1 Avocado
1 (10 oz) can Black Olives
1 T Red Onions Finely Chopped
2 T Celery Chopped
2 t Lemon Juice
1 t Apple Cider Vinegar
1 t Soy Sauce
1.5 t Dill (dried dill weed)
1 Dash Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 C Mayonnaise
S & P

Flake Crab with 1 t Lemon Juice in Large Bowl

Add Onion Celery Vinegar Soy Worcestershire 1 t dill

Stir until mixed

Stir in Mayonaise

Add S & P

Slice Avocado into bite size pieces and sprinkle with remaining 1 t lemon juice and .5 t dill

Gently stir avocados and olives into the salad
Taste and Adjust seasonings
Serve or Refrigerate for several hours
