- Velveeta
- Onion chopped
- Hot Breakfast Sausage
- Rotel
- Chopped Green Chiles (el paso canned)
- Jalapeno
Cook sausage and onion together
Make cubes out of the velveeta block (3 rows rotate 3 rows and then cube)
Drain the fat from the onion & sausage
Throw in cheese rotel chilis (juice and all)
Stir over low heat until it comes together.
Dice jalapeno and add. Stir to combine.
Option: split into 3 freezer bags and freeze (after it cools)
