1 can evaporated milk + 2oz
1 can Sweetend condesed milk
1 8oz cream cheese.  Cubed put in blender blend well (or hand mixer).
3 eggs
1 t vanilla
Dash salt

optional:  1 can Ancel shredded coconut.

Pours 1/2 in bowl add 3 egss vanilla salt.  Mix well in blender.  Pour into previous bowl.  Mix
add to carmalized pan.

Bake covered 1 1/2 in oven.  Temp 350 (?)

1 Cup Sugar
1/4 C water
Microwave on high 6-7 minutes until turns golden.  Use immediately.
