container of cherry tomatoes
Boursin herb cheese
1/2 to 1 can chickpeas
A couple of handfulls of chopped spinach
Olive oil
Salt and Pepper
Put all those in a dish with the cheese in the middle and bake at 400 for about 20ish minutes. (longer if needed, until the tomatoes are soft)
Take it out and mash the tomatoes and stir it all together. Mix with either pasta, speghetti squash or zucchini noodles 😋
