Cut Up pineapples (about 2) - if not organic, remove skin.
Add water, lime juice, tea. Bring to boil.
add sugar. Let come to room temperature.
Pour all into a fermenter. Check the gravity
Add Yeast
Let sit 5 days. Shake 1 time per day.
Remove fruit by siphoning into another fermenter.
After 7 Days check gravity, bottle. Make sure 10g/L sugar in bottles.
Let sit 2 weeks.
